(Local Sight Seeing)
After
breakfast visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N.
Zoological Park (closed on Thursday) Tenzing Rock, Tibetan
Refugee Centre (closed on Sunday), Tea Garden (outer view),
and Japanese Temple. After lunch visit Rock Garden &
Ganga Maya Lake. Evening free (walking tour of mall -
suggested). Overnight at Darjeeling.

03: Darjeeling
– Gangtok (About 119kms/ 4 Hrs)
Early
Morning at 04:00 am drive to Tiger Hill to watch the spectacular
Sunrise over Mt. Kanchendzonga (28,208 ft. Worlds third
highest peak), on way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia
Loop. After breakfast proceed to picturesque drive to
Gangtok “The capital City of Sikkim”. On
arrival check-in to
your hotel & rest of the day at leisure.

04: Gangtok
After
breakfast visit half day city tour covering Rumtek Monastery,
Botanical Garden, Do-Dul Chorten, Institute of Tibetology,
Flower show and cottage industry. Afternoon free for personal
activities & shopping.

05: Gangtok
(Trip To Tsomgo Lake)
Start
for a half day trip of Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.), 34
km from Gangtok city & Baba Harbhajan Singh Memorial.
Tsomgo Lake freezes completely during the winter and
is much revered by the locals.
